Commercial HVAC

Furnaces, rooftop and packaged systems, geothermal heat pumps, VRF, dedicated outside air and ductless AC, for small units and large facilities alike.

Chapter 01

A rooftop unit tells you it is failing before it quits, if you are reading the right number.

We service and install the full range of commercial equipment, for small operations and large facilities alike: furnaces, rooftop and packaged systems, geothermal heat pumps, VRF equipment, dedicated outside air equipment and ductless AC. We install the top brand-name systems, and we are the ones who come back to service them.

On a rooftop package unit, trouble shows up in order. Compressor amp draw drifts first, a slow climb a fixed quarterly check can miss. Contactor pitting follows, then belt and bearing wear on the supply fan, then an economiser linkage that starts sticking instead of swinging free. Catch it at the amp draw and it is a service call. Miss all four and it is a shutdown during business hours.

A preventative maintenance agreement gets built around your building, not sold off a shelf.

A PMA is how we keep a schedule against the equipment actually running your business, not a package with a fixed line item. It reduces mechanical failures, gives the system better longevity and efficiency, cuts the repair cost, and keeps service to the business uninterrupted while it runs.

A geothermal loop gets checked differently than a rooftop package unit, and a VRF system differently again. The agreement is built to what is actually installed on your roof or in your mechanical room, not a generic tune-up sheet.

Chapter 03

Bidding a job with us starts with the office, not a web form.

For commercial and institutional bid work, drawings and submittals go through the office directly rather than a document portal.

If you need bid documents, or you have a question on scope before you bid it, call the office on (815) 756-6528 and ask for it there.
