One roof holds the commercial side, the residential side, the refrigeration side and the sheet metal shop.
Most HVAC contractors buy their ductwork in from somewhere else and wait on a lead time. DeKalb Mechanical builds it a few hundred feet from where the trucks load, which is why a commercial job, a house call and a walk-in cooler all run out of the same office on the same phone number, 815-756-6528, instead of three different companies.
